Acceptable Use Policy
The operational and legal limits that apply when using MumuWorks, including restrictions on abuse, unlawful activity, and AI misuse.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of MumuWorks and applies to all customers, users, connected systems, and third parties that access the platform through a customer account.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- Creating, uploading, storing, or transmitting malware, ransomware, spyware, destructive code, or exploit payloads.
- Running phishing campaigns, spam campaigns, deceptive lead collection, or fraudulent impersonation flows.
- Publishing or automating illegal content, harassing content, infringing content, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Using MumuWorks to coordinate unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, denial-of-service activity, or other security attacks.
- Circumventing platform limits, account boundaries, rate limits, moderation controls, or technical safeguards.
3. AI and automation restrictions
You may not use MumuWorks AI or workflow features to generate unlawful instructions, fake identities, misleading claims, infringing material, or high-volume automated abuse. Human review must remain in place for high-risk or sensitive decisions that could materially affect customers, employees, or members of the public.
4. Messaging and channel use
Customers using email, website chat, or WhatsApp integrations must comply with the rules, templates, notice requirements, and opt-in obligations that apply to those channels. MumuWorks may restrict or suspend messaging features if activity appears abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with applicable provider terms.
5. Enforcement
MumuWorks may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit feature access, suspend integrations, throttle workflows, or terminate accounts when necessary to protect the platform, customers, or third parties.
