Refund & Cancellation Policy
The cancellation timing, refund treatment, and billing expectations for monthly plans, annual plans, and usage-based credits.
1. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance for each monthly billing period and are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. Canceling a monthly plan stops future renewals but does not create a prorated or partial refund for the current cycle unless required by law.
2. Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are billed in advance for the committed term. Refund eligibility for annual plans is limited to a configured grace period after the initial charge: 14 calendar days after the initial annual subscription charge. After that review window expires, annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Usage-based billing and credits
Usage-based fees, overages, and pay-as-you-go credits are generally non-refundable once consumed, allocated, or used to deliver AI, messaging, storage, or other metered services. Unused credits may expire or remain subject to the plan terms that applied when they were purchased.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date. Access to paid features may continue through the end of the current paid term unless the plan terms state otherwise or the account is suspended earlier for non-payment or misuse.
5. Refund review and statutory rights
If you believe a charge was applied in error, contact [email protected] with the invoice or account details. This policy does not limit non-waivable statutory rights that apply under consumer or commercial law.
