AI Usage & Disclaimer Policy

How MumuWorks routes content to AI providers, what users should expect from AI output, and where human review remains necessary.

Effective date: 23 June 2026 Applies to: mumuworks.com and MumuWorks services

1. How AI features work

MumuWorks uses third-party AI providers to power drafting, summarization, response generation, retrieval, classification, and workflow automation. To deliver those features, user content may be sent to AI providers, including prompts, uploaded documents, knowledge excerpts, customer messages, and structured inputs.

2. Output limitations

  • AI-generated responses may contain factual errors, omissions, bias, or unsupported assumptions.
  • AI output may not reflect the latest legal, regulatory, pricing, or business context.
  • AI output should be reviewed by a qualified human before it is used in important communications, customer commitments, or operational decisions.

3. User responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for the prompts they provide, the data they connect, the workflows they configure, the output they choose to rely on, and any decisions, actions, or communications that follow. Users must verify important information and confirm that content is suitable for their intended audience, channel, and jurisdiction.

4. Sensitive and professional use

AI outputs from MumuWorks should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, accounting, tax, employment, or other professional advice. Customers must use their own qualified advisers for those decisions and must not rely on AI output as the sole basis for high-risk actions.

5. Restricted uses

You may not use MumuWorks AI features to create unlawful content, mislead users, impersonate others, produce harmful instructions, or circumvent platform, provider, or legal restrictions. MumuWorks may limit or disable AI features when use patterns create operational, legal, or security risk.
