1. How MumuWorks uses subprocessors
MumuWorks uses subprocessors to support hosting, storage, AI inference, messaging, payments, and related operations. We review providers based on service fit, security, and operational need, and we update this page when material production subprocessors change.
2. Current list

| Meta Platforms / WhatsApp Business Platform | WhatsApp Business API messaging, webhook delivery, and platform integration. | Business profile data, phone number identifiers, message content, message metadata, and status events. |
| HitPay | Subscription lifecycle handling, payments, invoices, and billing event processing. | Billing contact details, subscription references, payment status, invoice details, and transaction metadata. |
